Expand or collapse content HTML and Document Corrections

HTML and other D2L content corrections can be done within the course itself. To do so, note the title of the where the issue occurs (1) and what the issue is (2), go to the tool and make the corrections within D2L.

Document corrections cannot be done within D2L, the document must be downloaded, edited and re-uploaded. This can all be done within the Ally Course Report.

1. From either the Overview or Content section of the Ally course report, click on your document. For this example, we are using the Remaining issues on the Overview page. Click on the needed item for the document issue:

2. Click on the document you will start with, in this case there is only one.

3. The document will open in a new window. The 'What this means' (1) Ally will explain the issue that needs to be corrected. The 'How to...' (2) will give a brief explanation of how to make the changes. The document can then be downloaded via the download icon (3), edited and re-uploaded via the upload section (4).
