1. Navigate to the module where you want to add your video. In this example, we are going to select the module "Excel Videos." In the module, select the blue “Upload/Create” button and select “New Discussion” to generate a blank discussion page.

2. Enter a discussion title. Then, from the drop-down list, select an existing Discussion Forum where you want to add the new discussion. Or save it in a different forum by creating a New Forum.

3. To create a different forum, select New Forum, a Create Discussion Forum window will appear. Enter a title for the new discussion forum and a description then select the Create button. A new discussion window will subsequently appear, allowing you to edit the newly created discussion forum.

4. Then select the Insert Stuff icon.

5. An Insert Stuff window will appear. Choose the media platform where the video is located. In the example, we are going to select “YouTube.”

6. Type the title of the video in the search bar.  Select the Search button and then select the video you want to embed. Scroll down and select the blue “Next” button to preview the video.

7. Select the blue “Insert” button to add the video. Then, select the blue “Save” button.
