1. From your course homepage scroll down until you find the Meet Your Instructor widget already added to the course homepage.
If the Meet Your Instructor widget is currently not added to your course homepage, please follow the article on how to add it or submit a ticket with Pima's D2L Support Team
2. Selecting Display My Profile will immediately take you to the setup page where you will click the blue Complete Set Up button.
3. Once the page refreshes your profile photo and name will populate into the widget.
4. Click the three dots at the top right corner of the page and select Edit Custom Course information. This will give you the option to add if further information you want your students to see about the course.
5. Within the course information box, add any further information you would like to provide to your students about the course.
6. The "Click here to edit your Profile Information" link will take you to your profile information.
7. From the Edit My User Profile page, you can add in a URL (such as a link to schedule appointments) your email address and office hours for your student to be able to see. These are the three fields that will populate in the widget.
Another way to access your profile information outside of the Your Instructor widget is to find your name at the top right corner of the page and select the blue Profile link from the dropdown.
8. Once everything has been added in to you liking, the page will refresh and you should now see the information you would like your students to see (student view of the widget is below)
9. If you have multiple users in the course that will be assisting students such as college success coaches, tutors or TA's their information will also be shown to the student as long as their profile information has been properly updated (student view to multi users screenshot below). When the student clicks on each user in the widget their information will populate.
