Sometimes a browser or software may malfunction and to help counter that, you can try the following methods:
Turn the device off and wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
Try a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Explorer.
Clear cookies and cache. (See instructions below)

Safari Steps for Mac
Select "Safari" at the top left corner, then select "Settings."
Select "Privacy."
Next to "Website Data," select the "Manage Website Data..." button.
Select the websites that should have cookies and cache removed (1). Select the "Remove" button (2). OR Select the "Remove All" button (3). When done, select the "Done" button (4).
