Step 1. In your D2L course shell click on the Syllabus tab. Step 2. Click on the down arrow next to the View button.
Or in MyPima Step 1. Click on the Faculty down arrow. Step 2. Click on the Teaching Resources button. Step 3. Click on the Simple Syllabus link under the Course Management section.
2. Navigating the Simple Syllabus Site
Click on the orange button to log-in button to get into the Simple Syllabus platform. (This step may not be necessary)
Click on the Home icon to access the Simple Syllabus dashboard.

Note: The dashboard does not have an approver or Common Syllabus editor role view.
Option 1. Filter syllabi by subject, organization, and/or instructor. Option 2. Filter syllabi by term. Change from column to list view. 3. You will see To do, Awaiting Approval, and Completed columns for an easy to follow process.

Option 1. Filter syllabi by subject, organization, and/or instructor. Option 2. Filter syllabi by term and/or by All, Syllabus, Common Syllabus, and Approvals. Change from column to list view. 3. You will see Not Ready, To do, Awaiting Approval, and Completed columns for an easy to follow process.
