Below are three different ways to get help with syllabi within the Simple Syllabus tool. Please see the (Link opens in a new tab) Contact Us: FS&RC Team for more ways to contact the FS&RC team.
When the help request is sent, the FS&RC team will be notified of the ticket request and a staff member will reach out to you. Sending an email to [email protected] will also generate a ticket request.
Select the "Syllabus" (1) tab in D2L. Select on the "Help" (2) button.
Add the reason for the inquiry in the text box (1). Select the "Send" (2) button.
The "Name" and "Email" fields auto-populate with your Pima credentials. The "Subject" field defaults to a generic description.
Select the "Help" button.

You can use the "AI Chat" and the "Knowledge Base" (3) tabs for general questions.
