Sometimes a browser or software may malfunction and to help counter that, you can try the following methods:
- Turn the device off and wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
- Try a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Explorer.
- Clear cookies and cache. (See instructions below)

Google Chrome Web Browser Steps for PC
- Select the three dots at the top right corner.
- Then, select the "Settings" option.
Mozilla Firefox Web Browser Steps for PC
- Select the three lines at the top right corner.
- Then, select the "Settings" option.
Microsoft Edge Web Browser Steps for PC
- Select the three dots at the top right corner.
- Then, select "Settings".
- Select the "Choose what to clear" button.
- Pick the desired time range from the drop-down menu.
- Note the different options given for clearing browsing data. Make sure to check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
- The "Clear now" button needs to be selected once the options are checked.
Congratulations! You have cleared Cache and Cookies in Microsoft Edge Web Browser.
