The Instructor Information component must be completed before the syllabus can be submitted for approval. The component auto-populates the instructor's name and email address. The phone and office location/hours need to be added. Your Department Head may require more information to be populated.
Below is an example of the Instructor Information component with all required and optional fields completed.
- Click on the "Add image button" to upload an image or add a URL. Once an image is added it can be replaced or removed.
- An instructor's website can be added. Make sure to begin the link with, http:// or https://.
- The "Other Information" field can be used for any further information you wish to add. The best contact method can be added.
- An instructor's bio can be added. Some Department Heads require it.
- Click on the "Save" button.
