This guide will explain how to locate the link to a syllabus in D2L and in the Simple Syllabus Dashboard.
Downloading a syllabus is optional. We do not recommend printing, downloading, or sharing the syllabus until it has been approved.

Locating the Syllabus Link in D2L
If needed, you can use the following instructions (link opens in a new tab): Simple Syllabus: Accessing the Simple Syllabus Dashboard.
In D2L, select View.
Then, select the drop-down arrow (1). Select the "Share" (2) option.
A link to the syllabus will generate and automatically be copied to the computer's clipboard.
You can now paste the link. In the example below, the link has been pasted into an email.
Locating the Syllabus Link in the Simple Syllabus Dashboard
If needed, you can use the following instructions (link opens in a new tab): Simple Syllabus: Accessing the Simple Syllabus Dashboard.
Locate the syllabus you would like to share in your Simple Syllabus Home within the Completed column. Select the "Share" button.
Select "Copy" to have it automatically copied to the computer's clipboard.
You can now paste the link. In the example below the link has been pasted into an email.
