This article provides guidance on the "Accessibility Checker" and resolving accessibility issues.
For accessible font colors, please use the following hex codes.
Red = #D32F2F
Blue = # 1 E3A8A
Green= #388E3C
Step-By-Step Instructions
Once you select the "Accessibility Checker" icon, a fly-out menu will open, and the syllabus will move into the area of the syllabus where the first accessibility issue is located.
The "Accessibility Checker" will display the number of issues (1), what you need to do to solve them (2), and a field where you can take care of the issue from within the "Accessibility Checker"(3). Once you have resolved the accessibility issue, select "Next" to resolve all issues in your syllabus (4).
Once all accessibility issues have been resolved, the “Accessibility Checker” panel will display a confirmation message, accompanied by a celebratory indicator:
“All detected accessibility issues have been resolved.” (1)
Now the submit button is available, and you are able to submit your syllabus for approval (2).
Congratulations, you have successfully resolved all accessibility issues!
