This guide will walk you through the steps for importing a syllabus from a previous or current semester.
Importing an entire syllabus is not recommended if your department uses a Common Syllabus Template (CST) Please consult with your supervisor before using this tool.
Please use the (Link opens in a new tab) Simple Syllabus: Importing a Component guide instead to copy select components.
Please use the (Link opens in a new tab) Simple Syllabus: Resetting a Component guide to re-synchronize content with the CST.
Select the "Replace with a different Syllabus?" button.
You can only import from your own syllabi.
Use the Term drop-down (1), to search for current or past term syllabi. You can also fill in related info in the Search field (2), such as the CRN. Select the syllabus (3) to copy from.
Once the syllabus is selected, it will automatically import.
Congratulations, you have successfully replaced your syllabus with a different syllabus!
