Follow the steps below to +Add a new component, Reorder a component, and/or Delete a component.
Adding a Component
The name of the component is used to describe the content entered into the field. By default, the name of the component will be displayed on the syllabus. However, you can remove the check in the "Display name" checkbox section to hide it.
The "Visible" toggle determines whether or not this component will be displayed in the syllabus. By default, components will be set to "Visible." To hide a component, you can toggle the slider to the "Invisible" setting.
Use the toolbar at the top of the component to add information.
Use the Simple Syllabus: Toolbar Features in a Component, if needed.
Deleting a Component
Reordering a Component
Click on the "Reorder" button on the left side of the syllabus.
Drag and drop the component to the desired placement (1), or use the up and down arrows (2) to move the component one place at a time. Select the "Close" button (3).
Congratulations, you have successfully added, deleted, and/or reordered a component!
