Simple Syllabus: Getting Help from the FS&RC Staff

There are a few ways to get help with Simple Syllabus. Bellow are three different ways. Of course the FS&RC staff can be reached via email and phone. Contact Us: FS&RC Team

Within D2L
  1. Click on the "Syllabus" tab in D2L.
  2. Click on the "Help" button.

  1. Fill out the "How can we help?" section.
  2. Click on the "Send" button.

The "Name", "Subject", and "Email" sections auto-populate.

Within the Simple Syllabus Dashboard

Click on the "?" button.

  1. Fill out the "How can we help?" section.
  2. Click on the "Send" button.

You can use "AI Chat" and the "Knowledge Base" for general questions.

Within a Syllabus

Click on the "Help" button.

  1. Fill out the "How can we help?" section.
  2. Click on the "Send" button.

Once the help request is sent the FS&RC staff will be notified of the ticket and one will reach out to you.

Sending an email to [email protected] will also generate a ticket and an FS&RC team member will reach out to you.
