Simple Syllabus: Getting Help from the FS&RC Staff

Below are three different ways to get help with syllabi within the Simple Syllabus tool. Please see the (Link opens in a new tab) FS&RC contact page for more ways to contact the FS&RC team.

Expand or collapse content Within D2L

Select the "Syllabus" (1) tab in D2L. Select on the "Help" (2) button.

Fill out the "How can we help?" (1) field. Select the "Send" (2) button.

The "Name" and "Email" fields auto-populate with your Pima credentials. The "Subject" field defaults to a general reason.

Select the "Help" button.

Fill out the "How can we help?" (1) field. Select the "Send" (2) button.

You can use the "AI Chat" and the "Knowledge Base" (3) tabs for general questions.

Select the "Help" button.

Fill out the "How can we help?" (1) field. Select the "Send" (2) button.

When the help request is sent, the FS&RC team will be notified of the ticket and a staff member will reach out to you. Sending an email to [email protected] will also generate a ticket and an FS&RC team member will reach out to you.
