To access the Simple Syllabus Knowledge Base, which houses help articles, videos, and their Community. You will need to sign in or register for an account in Zendesk. The Zendesk login is separate from your Pima login and Simple Syllabus credentials. Use the following link, https://simplesyllabus.zendesk.com/. The instructions to create an account are below.
Select the Support hyperlink at the bottom of the Simple Syllabus site.
Select the Sign in button which will direct you to the login page.
Enter your email and password in the text boxes (1) if you have previously registered for a Zendesk account. OR select the Sign up (2) link if you do not have an account and you need to register.
If the system indicates you already created an account and cannot remember your password select the Request password (3) link.
OR
Enter your name and Pima email address (1) in the text boxes. Select the "Sign up" (2) button
Zendesk will send you a welcome email to verify your email address, which will then allow you to set up a password.
