Below is an easy-to-follow walk-through to assist you with efficiently navigating and locating critical information found in your syllabus.

When you access your syllabus for the first time there will be a syllabus acknowledgment statement. Select the "OK" button to read the syllabus.
You can scroll (1) through the syllabus or use the "Table of Contents" (2) links.
Select the "Quick Search" (1) button. select the search bar (2) to enter a search word.
Once text is added to the search bar the key word(s) (1) will be highlighted in the syllabus. Select the up and down arrows (2) to navigate through all of the highlighted words. Select the keyword search the "X" (3) to exit the search box.
Note: The number of key words found and viewed (4) are indicated in the search bar.
The screen will show what percentage (1) of the syllabus has been viewed. Select the "Acknowledge" (2) button once it is at 100%.
The instructor will know you have acknowledged the syllabus.
The "Subscribed" (1) link will indicate you are automatically following the syllabus for the course(s) you are enrolled in, the "My Syllabi" (1) link will return you to the "My Courses" page, and the "Logout" (1) link will log you out of the Simple Syllabus site. The "Top" (2) will smooth scroll to the top of the page.
Congratulations! You have now navigated your syllabus.
