An Approver is able to view the "Full History" of a syllabus while the syllabus is in the approvers "To Do" column in the Simple Syllabus dashboard.
The history of a syllabus will let you see when it was submitted for approval, approved, and/or rejected along with any internal comments that were entered.
The history of a syllabus is only available to an Approver while the syllabus is located in the To Do column.
Locate the syllabus that requires review in the To Do (1) column, then select Review (2).
At the top of each syllabus you will find the Version count and the status, select it to see the Versions and History of the syllabus. (1)
Select the drop-down arrow next to the Version number to see all internal comments made by the instructor and Approver. (2)
