Sometimes a browser or software may malfunction and to help counter that, you can try the following methods:
Turn the device off and wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
Try a different web browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Explorer.
Clear cookies and cache. (See instructions below)

Select the three dots (1) to expand the drop-down menu. Select the "Settings" (2) option.
Select the "Privacy and security" (1) button. Select the "Delete browsing data" (2) button.
Select the appropriate time range (1) from the choices. Select the check boxes for deleting "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" (2). Select the "Delete data" (3) button.
Select the three lines (1) to expand the drop-down menu. Select the "Settings" (2) option.
Select the "Privacy and security" (1) button. Select the "Clear browsing data" (2) button.
Select the appropriate time range (1) from the choices. Select the check boxes for deleting "Cookies and site data" and "Temporary cached files and pages" (2). Select the "Clear" (3) button.
Select the three dots (1) to expand the drop-down menu. Select the "Settings" (2) option.
Select the "Privacy, search, and security" (1) button. Select the "Clear browsing data" (2) button.
Select the "Choose what to clear" (1) button. Select the appropriate time range (2) from the choices. Select the check boxes for deleting "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" (3). Select the "Clear now" (4) button.
Congratulations! You have cleared Cookies and cache.
