PlayPosit: Rich Text Editor Options

About

PlayPosit Rich Text Editor offers alternative methods to displaying and interacting with the information presented on the video. The editor allows instructors to add in text, images, videos, tables, and audio to enhance student learning. This can be implemented in a variety of ways, as shown in the examples below.

Here is PlayPosit's Rich Text Editor:

Choose a Rich Text Editor Feature

Examples will be displayed on using PlayPosit's Rich Text Editor to optimize the experience.  These features can be customized on various interactions located in PlayPosit including multiple choice, pause, and free response.

If you aren't satisfied with the results of the recording, delete it and start over until you are content with the voice recording.

This voice feature can be useful to meet ADA requirement and help learners answer the interactions.

Note: To scale the size of the image you can select on the image and hold it down while resizing the image.

Note: Tables created on the instructors end are separate from the student's response. Therefore, creating a table with empty boxes to fill in won't be able to be utilized on the student's side.

The Export Worksheet selection will look different on the student's side. They can still use all the information gathered from the rich text editor infused interactions located on the export worksheet. It can help students understand and formulate their ideas for alternative assignments in the class.

This feature can be used alongside the rich text editor to help with the following:

  • Thesis Outline
  • Essay Brainstorm
  • Research Analysis Paper
  • Review of Material
