PlayPosit: Grade Item Types Overview

Prerequisite: Login to Playposit with your selected video choice.

What grading type are you looking for?

For written choice options, there is free response, discussion, and poll . For all choices there is no automated grade for a correct answer. You are graded for responding unless specified otherwise.

The 2 options available for grading customization are found in the settings and advanced features. Settings has an Add Feedback option, while Advanced offers interaction specifications for the video.

The only customized grading available for discussion is the Advanced feature. It offers interaction specifications for the bulb.

Selected Choice options involve multiple choice, check all, and fill in the blank. Each interaction has a specific answer(s) that need to be submitted.

1. The customized grading available at the beginning is the Advanced feature. It offers interaction specifications for the bulb.

2. Once you interact with fill in the blank the setting option arrives to customize your answers. It gives you the Add Feedback and Delete Answer options.

When the bulb is made and you link it to D2L, there is an option to sync the grades to LMS. Make sure Yes is selected so the grading systems will be connected.
