PlayPosit: Recording in PlayPosit using Panopto Capture

Prerequisite: Log into PlayPosit.

PlayPosit will take you to the Panopto Capture option when selected. The platform Panopto will be opened until the conclusion of the recording.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Select Add New Bulb on the main PlayPosit page.

2. Select Panopto in the video source options.

3. Since we are recording in PlayPosit, select Record.

4. Two options will appear to record. In this example "Launch Capture" is selected.

If you have the Panopto App on your computer you can utilize that.

5. You will be prompted to the Panopto recording section. Adjust your setting accordingly before selecting the record button on the bottom.

6. After the video is finished, make sure to go through the necessary video settings and edit. Then view your final product.

7. With the Panopto video completed, return to the PlayPosit page and it should be there. On the bottom select "Select Video" to insert it into the PlayPosit bulb.

8. There should be a preview of the video that appears on the upper part of the screen. Once satisfied select Done.

Add interactions and review the settings so the bulb is fully created!
