PlayPosit: Adding Collaborators to Bulbs

Updated on

About

Follow this guide to learn how to add a collaborator to a bulb in PlayPosit who can edit bulbs inside a folder.

Image showing your Folders list and showing to select the desired folder by selecting the name.
Image showing to select the three dot icon “Actions” found after the folder name and last modified options. A menu will appear, select the fifth option, Collaborate, found after Assign.
Image showing the Collaborate pop-up and to select the tab Manage Permissions, to the right of Preview Link tab. Below the collaborators section is the option to “enter email addresses to allow edit/share/view access” and the Add Access button below that.

For more information regarding permissions and access, please see from the PlayPosit Knowledge Base Class and Bulb Permissions: Co-editor, Facilitator, and TA Roles

FERPA consideration: All owners and co-editors of a bulb can download analytics for all learner attempts on that bulb. If this is a concern, after the collaborators have finished co-editing the bulb, each instructor should make a separate copy of the bulb before assigning it to learners.
