Panopto: Automatic Importing of Zoom Recordings

Panopto's integration with Zoom allows for your recorded Zoom meetings to be automatically imported to a Panopto folder of your choice.

If you have a Pima Zoom account and a Pima Panopto account using a @pima.edu email address, then this feature should already be set up for you. You should not need to manually set up the automatic import of Zoom recordings to Panopto.

Recommendation

Create a new Panopto folder named My Recordings in your My Folder. To learn more see Panopto: Creating a New Folder.

Step-by-step Directions

1. Navigate to your Panopto dashboard and select your username in the upper right corner. Then, select User Settings.

2. Under the Meeting Import Settings options, select Edit next to Default Folder.

3. Select the drop-down arrow and choose the folder where you want your Zoom recordings to be imported.

4. Select Save and then close (X) the User Settings pop-up window.

Congrats! Your Zoom recordings will now be automatically imported to this Panopto Folder.
