Perusall: Turning Off Automatic Grading

In Perusall, you can customize your grading experience for your course. If you have an assignment that you want to manually grade, you are in the right place. Whether it's allowing the student to see the grade automatically, or at a given time interval, all these features can be found in Perusall's settings.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the right of the Perusall course page, and select Settings.

2. In the Perusall Settings, General is selected. In the Analytics section, select "Manual grading and engagement analytics".

3. On the Settings General page, once finished select Save changes.

Releasing Scores to Students

1. Navigate to Scoring on the Settings page. In the "Release scores to students" section, select "only after instructor manually releases them in the Gradebook" (or any other scoring option).
