Perusall: Annotating Text, Images, or Unselectable Text

Annotating Methods in Perusall

Alternatively, in a text document, select the text you would like to annotate using your text selection tool.

There is a current and all conversation choice. For the student's convenience, there are also notifications, bookmarks, notes and starred comments.

Annotating an image gives the user the ability to highlight or pinpoint sections of an image to identify what they want to discuss in the conversation tabs.

If there is text in your Perusall document that isn't registering as selectable text, you can use the image annotation figure to make your annotation.
