Perusall: Adding an Assignment to D2L

Prerequisite

First create a Perusall login into the D2L Course and have content already inserted in the library. By inserting the Perusall sign-in link, D2L connects to Perusall for that course. It will allow your course to be shown on Perusall's end.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From the D2L content page, select Existing Activities and navigate to Perusall, then select it.

2. Your Perusall course in "Add Activity" will open. Use the dropdown menu to chose the assignment item you want to add into D2L. Then, select Import assignment Instructions into LMS and/or Import grading information into LMS respectively. Select Link to this assignment once finished.

An Assignment or Library Item will now be linked to D2L. Additionally, you can directly select "Create new assignment" to add in Library content from Perusall from here.
