The "Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Course Policy" component must be completed before a syllabus can be submitted and published. It is a required component. The steps below provide guidance on completing the "Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Course Policy" component.
Note: If you are creating your own statement you can skip this step.
Apple Computers: Select the text you want to copy by dragging your cursor across it, then press Command + C on your keyboard or use the "Copy" option in the Edit menu.
All Other Computers: Select the text you want to copy by dragging your cursor across it, then press Ctrl + C on your keyboard or right-click and choose "Copy" from the context menu.
Note: If you are creating your own statement please type it into this component.
Please refer to the Help text for guidance.
Note: If you created your own statement you do not need to complete the following step.
Apple Computers: Paste the copied AI policy statement as plain text (without any formatting), by using the keyboard shortcut Option-Shift-Command-V or use the "Paste and Match Style" option in the Edit menu. .
All Other Computers: To paste as plain text (text without any formatting), use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + V or right-click and choose "Paste as plain text" from the context menu.
