A majority of the display options will all be enabled automatically except the "Display Embed button." Only enable this if you want users to access the embed button. Most creators will not need to change any of these settings.

The Publish section allows you to change the sharing settings for the content. If you are inserting the H5P into D2L using the Insert Stuff button, leave Protected status enabled. If you will be embedding the content into D2L using an embed code, enable the Public setting to get the embed code. (Remember this means D2L will not set up automatic grading).

The Folder setting allows you to change the folder where this content is housed.

The Collaborators section allows you to add Pima users with whom you would like to share edit access. Add their emails through the "Choose who can edit content" section. The users you share with need to have a Pima H5P account.

The share with organization setting allows you to share this H5P content with everyone at PCC. They will be able to view and clone your content but not edit your specific content.

The LTI settings section allows you to choose how you want grading set up. Under the "Choose when to send scores to the LMS(D2L)" dropdown menu, you can select: do not send score (grade item is not created), first attempt, last attempt, and best attempt. It is recommended to use best attempt when a grade item is needed for formative learning practice.

You can also change the pixel width of the H5P activity. If left blank, the content will be as wide as its page.

Remember to select Save when finished.
