H5P: Adding Collaborators

Updated on

About

In H5P, there are options to allow the activity owner to add other individuals to help create content. From the dashboard of the content type, there will be collaboration options located at the bottom of the page before you save.

The content owner is capable of adding collaborators, transferring ownership, or deleting the activity.

A collaborator can:

  • Edit the H5P content
  • Add other collaborators

A collaborator cannot take ownership of the content or delete it.

1.  On an H5P content assignment, select Edit on the top left.

2. Navigate down the page until you see the additional options displayed on the bottom left. Select Collaborators to begin adding in users.
