From your course homepage, click the Grades tab on the navbar.

Find the item you want to view the instructor feedback for and to the very right of the page you will be able to see your grade along with the feedback your instructor left for you

From your course homepage, click the Tools tab on the navbar and select Assignments from dropdown list.

From the Assignments page, find the assignment you want to review your feedback for. To the very right of the assignment under the Evaluation Status click on the blue link labled Unread under Feedback

It will then take you to the feedback page where you will find the overall feedback for the assignment

From your course homepage, click the Tools tab on the navbar and select Discussions from dropdown list.

From the Discussions page, find the discussion topic you want to review your feedback for. Click on the discussion topic link.

From the new topic page, under the topic information you will find the feedback left by your instructor

From anywhere in D2L, click on your name at the top right corner of the page and from the dropdown select Progress.

From the progress summary page, find the course you want to locate your feedback in and click on the name of the course.

Once the page refreshes and the course is located at the top of the page, click on the Grades Recieved tab to expand the area

Once expanded, you will be able to see all grades you have received and when you click on the blue Feedback link you will be able to see all feedback left by your instructor.
