Sometimes when saving a photo it will be saved as an HEIC.
To upload it to D2L it must be converted to a JPEG.
1. Locate the image and open.
Click "File" in the upper left corner.

2. Click "Export".

3. Under the format drop-down, change it from HEIC to PJEG.

4. Click "Save".

5. The photo has now been formatted to JPEG and can be used across different platforms.
