Using the Classlist Tool

The Classlist tool helps students see who is enrolled in their courses, facilitating communication and collaboration. It allows students to view participant profiles, send messages, and identify peers for group work, enhancing connectivity and engagement within the course.

From within the course, click on the Tools tab located in the navbar. From the dropdown, select Classlist.

Each user's profile picture (if one was uploaded), their name, and their role in the course display in the classlist

To send an email from the Classlist, select the user or users you want to contact. Click the blue Email icon to compose an email.

The compose new message box will populate where you can type out your email as well as add any other users you would like to the email you are sending out.

Please note, the users will automatically be placed in the BCC line. If you would like to change that, please move them to the lines you would like them to receive the email.

Once you are done composing your message, click the blue Send button that is located at both the top and the bottom of the box.

Once sent, the email will show up in the users Pima Gmail account. Any response from the email sent will be through Gmail.
