H5P: Deleting an H5P Grade Item

Where do you want to delete the H5P Content?

Your H5P interactive content item will no longer be available if you choose to delete it. Make sure it is no longer on D2L because students can't select the content anymore.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Note: The workflow process is easier to first delete the link and then the topic in the content section before removing the H5P grade item.

The general steps to deleting a H5P Grade Item:

1. Deleting the external link from the course administration section.

2. Deleting the Course Topic.

3. Deleting the H5P item in the Gradebook.

A. Remove the Topic

B. Permanently Delete topic and files of the course

After you are finished choosing your deletion method, select delete.

To remove all the H5P Content on the page that is being deleted, it is suggested to choose permanently delete. This doesn't mean that the H5P Content will no longer be available. It can still be found in the H5P manage content section.
