Most likely, no.
PlayPosit is unable to directly use videos from library sources such as Kanopy. Videos from library sources can only be use with PlayPosit if you are able to download the video file. If you are able to obtain the video file, then you can upload the video to Panopto and use the video hosted in Panopto to create an interactive video with PlayPosit.
