Packback: Downloading Participation Reports

About

Packback offers options to download community activity reports for activities in your Packback Community. These reports can be full reports of the activity in an entire course, or the activity specific to an individual assignment.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Navigate to your Packback Community. Then, select View Gradebook.

2. Select Generate Report.

3. Select either Download Specific Assignment or Download Full Report.

3.1. Option 1: Download Specific Assignment Report

3.1.1. Select the desired assignment, role(s), and section(s). As needed, uncheck the name, email, and LMS ID box. Then, select Generate Report.

3.2. Option 2: Download Full Report

3.2.1. Select the desired role(s) and section(s). As needed, uncheck the name, email, and LMS ID box. Then, select Generate Report.

4. You will now receive an email from Packback. Select the Download Report CSV button in the email to download the report.
