Creating a Synchronous Meeting within D2L

1. First, locate "Course Resources" and then click on "Virtual Classroom" in the drop down menu.

2. On the bottom right corner of the page, click on the "+" button.

3. This window will pull up with options to schedule a meeting. Fill in the desired title, date, and time. There is also a box to set the meeting to "Now". Then be sure to set the duration of the meeting.

4. Next, the meeting can be set to repeat as desired.

5. Additionally, settings to record the meeting, publish the recorded meeting, allow external participants and invite the entire class are available. When finished, click "Save"
